This sweet summertime cocktail is a fun and spicy twist on a mojito.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 2-3 slices of fresh pineapple
- 2-3 slices of jalapeño pepper
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedges and jalapeño slices (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves, pineapple slices, and jalapeño slices together.
- Add the white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well until well combined.
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Top the glass with soda water to your desired level.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and jalapeño slices.
