Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- Assorted bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), thinly sliced
- Onion, thinly sliced
- Garlic, minced
- Sichuan peppercorns, crushed
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Cornstarch

Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok (or skillet) over high heat.
- Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the hot wok and stir-fry until it is browned slightly and cooked through. Remove the cooked pork from the wok and set aside.
- In the same hot wok, add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the minced garlic, crushed peppercorns, and sliced onion until fragrant and slightly softened.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and continue to stir-fry until they are crisp-tender.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour the sauce over the ingredients. Stir-fry for just a few more minutes until everything is well coated and heated through. The sauce should thicken some.
