Kentucky Beer Cheese

A zesty cheese dip that will have you saying, “Cheese please!”

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup craft beer (preferably an ale or lager)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheese, craft beer, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Serve the Kentucky Beer Cheese at room temperature with crackers, sliced vegetables, or your favorite snacks.
