Made with silky bourbon, peach bitters and a hint of mint, this cocktail is a sweet and refreshing update to the classic mint julep.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1/2 oz peach bitters
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 8-10 mint leaves
• Crushed ice
• Mint sprig and peach slice for garnish (optional)
  

Directions:

1. In a mixing glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
2. Add the bourbon and peach bitters to the mixing glass, and stir to combine.
3. Fill a glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slice.
